Enjoy our outdoor cooking methods inspired by the famous Kenyan 'Koroga'. This concept creates a social atmosphere where guests sit around a coal pit with a large tava (metal cooking plate) or cooking wok to relax, watch, and enjoy the evening with a few drinks and mouth-watering food.

My Story
I started my culinary journey over 20 years ago as a social method of cooking. My concept has been around whatever you can make inside – you can make outside! This has been proven countless times during my tenure as one of the head chefs of the Fathers and Kids Camping Group (FAKC). This group is fuelled by gourmet food, more for the dads, where numbers can sometimes exceed 50 adults.
Born in the UK, with a Punjabi and Kenyan background, my food is not only geared toward the North Indian style of cooking but encompasses flair and fusion with some dishes made ‘with a twist on the fly’.
